Lead National Retail Growth at Koko Black

As we continue to grow our national presence, we're seeking a commercially driven National Business Manager – Retail to lead strategic partnerships with major retailers and grow our brand across shelves nationwide.
This is a senior commercial role for someone who thrives on building strong customer relationships, delivering growth and leading with purpose.
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager – Sales and leading a team of three Key Account Managers, you’ll take ownership of Koko Black’s national grocery channel. You will play a pivotal role in executing our growth strategy with major retail partners such as Coles, Woolworths, Aldi and Costco.
From leading the Joint Business Planning process to championing category and channel development, this role combines strategic thinking, sales leadership and operational rigour to ensure our premium offering is represented with excellence at every touchpoint.
