It combines specialist life insurance advisers and expertise, with digital tools that make the advice process quick and simple – the way life insurance advice should be.As a General Advice Consultant, you will enhance our customer experience by providing exceptional phone-based general advice. As you support Zurich Assure’s product offering, you will help our customers meet their insurance needs, deliver effective general advice solutions, and shape better financial outcomes.Your key responsibilities will include : Providing general advice to customers of Zurich Assure.Taking ownership of all customer requests and issues and following through to ensure customer satisfaction.Assisting customers with transactional and administrative activities according to their needs.Managing written and telephone queries, requests from customers, advisers, and other departments for information on outstanding requirements.Utilising product knowledge to respond to both simple and complex enquiries.Maintaining a high standard of compliance when providing general advice.Collaborating with the team and broader business to share knowledge, information, and ideas.Developing and maintaining accurate knowledge of legislative & industry changes relating to product groups.Identifying and managing complaints to ensure timely solutions.If you are seeking to navigate your career in the Financial Planning sector, this will be the ideal role.
