  • Use specialist expertise to brief, advise and make recommendations to high level stakeholders in matters relating to vehicle safety, certification and registration, sometimes in the absence of defined operational policies and procedures.
  • Lead and encourage the application of creative and advanced problem‑solving skills to resolve complex operational issues and queries of a vehicle safety, certification and registration nature in consultation and collaboration with experts across government and industry bodies.
  • Identify, propose, lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives and projects to advance endorsed Business Area and Divisional strategies and plans.
  • Proactively and confidently partner and work collaboratively with key internal and external peers and stakeholders and demonstrate advanced negotiation and influencing skills to achieve endorsed business outcomes and deliverables.
