Job descriptionProvide high-quality administrative support to internal teams and clients Manage purchase orders, finalize invoices, and action customer service / email query leads as required Handle inbound and outbound client calls, resolving queries effectively Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies Contribute to ongoing process improvements with cross-functional teams (based nationwide, Macedonia and Philippine’s) Strong administrative and customer service skills (experience in retail, administration, and printing highly regarded) Excellent communication and relationship management skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Full permanent working rights in Australia
