We’re recruiting a Document Controller to join our Energy team based in our head office in Victoria Park. This role will be responsible for organizing, managing, and maintaining project-related documents.

Key Responsibilities :

Providing on-going support to the personnel team

Overseeing data entry, generating and updating of reports

Providing support organizing, managing, and maintaining project-related documents, ensuring they are accurate, accessible, and compliant

Processing information into the relevant document control system and reporting

Organising, recording and storing information and respond to requests for up-to-date documentation including drawings and specifications, procedures and policies.

Handling enquiries from internal and external parties related to documentation issues.

Working in accordance with Quality Assurance procedures.

What you’ll bring :

Minimum 1-2 years previous administrative experience within the Oil & Gas industry (desirable)

Team Binder experience is required

Sound communication skills, both written and verbal

Exceptional attention to detail

Positive and energetic approach to work

Ability to work well as part of a team as well as autonomously

Exceptional attention to detail and a sound understanding and ability to apply document control processes.
