Quarry & Mining Manufacture (QMM), a subsidiary of Tasmea Limited, provides comprehensive design, fabrication, and maintenance services across a range of sectors, including construction materials (concrete, quarrying, cement, asphalt), mining, minerals processing, infrastructure, recycling, and metals refining.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Boilermaker to join our maintenance team working across existing quarries and batch plant projects in Melbourne and regional Victoria. This full‑time, permanent position offers an immediate start and reports directly to the Site Supervisor.

The work scope includes both maintenance and new build projects for operational quarries and associated batch plants.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on fixed plant equipment such as conveyors, chutes, hoppers, and screens.
• Fabricate and assemble new components and structures for fixed plant machinery.
• Read and interpret technical drawings to support fabrication, installation, and repair work.
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance.
• Work proactively with the team to maintain a safe and efficient site environment.

You will have proven experience in heavy industrial environments and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
