Protective Security Incident Management Analysts.

The role is within the Protective Security Operations Section (PSOS) and will work with key stakeholders internally and externally to the department. PSOS are responsible for the day-to-day management of security arrangements and provide risk, policy, and governance advice to ensure the effective management of security risk and practices for the departments people, information and assets.

The role requires an experienced security incident manager (excluding cyber incidents) to review the existing controls, assess the adequacy of the existing arrangements, provide uplift recommendations, develop processes and procedures, assist with exercises, and provide training.

Certification and / or membership to relevant professional organisations including certification in any of the following : Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Associate Protection Professional (APP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP).
