The Role
- Support the Store Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth store performance
- Lead by example to foster a customer-obsessed culture and deliver meaningful store experiences that reflects the highest industry standards
- Coach and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve KPIs
- Foster a collaborative, positive culture that empowers every team member to succeed through ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support
- Manage the end-to-end process from store presentation and stock management to compliance with care and accuracy
- Champion a safe workplace by following our health and safety practices
About You
A confident people leader with a customer-first mindset and a passion for successExperienced in retail or sales leadership - ideally in interiors or building productsSkilled at coaching teams, managing priorities, and supporting others to reach their potentialOrganised, adaptable, and proactive when handling multiple tasksStrong communicator who leads by example and builds trustAvailable to work a Tuesday to Saturday rosterWhat We Offer
