Are you ready to unleash your creativity in Product Design?

Join Findex as a Product Designer! You’ll join our industry-leading agile team to help us build product experiences for the future workplace. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Developers and Analysts on continuous product discovery, user research, and designing enterprise Fintech products founded in an understanding of real-world user insights.

This position is a permanent, full-time opportunity, flexible to be based anywhere in Australia for the right candidate.

What will your typical week look like?

  • Conduct user research to gather insights that will inform user-centred design decisions and drive continuous product discovery.
  • Transform research findings into seamless and intuitive product designs while working with the team to grow UX design maturity across the business.
  • Ideate using user-flows, wireframes, prototypes, and information architecture to inform and validate design solutions.
  • Engage in critical thinking and problem-solving across projects, applying a multifaceted approach.

  • Proven experience working in Product Design or UX / UI Design and have a portfolio of work that demonstrates your ability to innovatively solve design problems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
  • Deeply founded understanding of the design process, with experience translating research insights into user-centred designs.
  • Experience using design and research tools such as Figma, Miro, Dovetail, Hotjar, and Google Analytics.
