Our client is a well-known government organisation dedicated to delivering great customer experiences and simplifying the way customers access Government services.

They are seeking two dedicated Revenue / Accounts Officers to join their dynamic team environment in these exciting contract roles to start ASAP until April / Jun 2026, based in Newcastle with hybrid working arrangements.

The Job

Reporting through to a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following duties :

• Provide prompt and professional client service for inbound call enquiries.
• Manage client accounts, including payments, refunds, and reconciliations.
• Support debt recovery and revenue collection.
• Maintain accurate client and financial data.
• Ensure compliance with policies and audit requirements.
• Prepare reports and update records as needed.
