Job description2–3 years of experience post-university (as a target). Strong academic performance at school and university. Intellectual capacity with critical thinking; ability to demonstrate this through interview process. Preference for candidates from corporate finance, investment banking, or advisory backgrounds. Academic backgrounds from outside industry are acceptable (finance, commerce, law, engineering, etc.). Minimal real estate experience is acceptable; the founder will support real estate training. Small team of 3–4 based in Sydney. Direct access to the founder. Employer willing to train a candidate in real estate investing. Starting salary up to $150k inc super Annual cash bonus (STI) Carried interest in funds (LTI)

Asia Pac platform with 15 years track record and a return of c.50% on invested capital
Private / founder owned private equity investor, with a focus investing into real estate across Asia and Australia.
This is a newly created position to join an existing team of two in Sydney.
Responsibilities
- Support the team with initial exposure to existing investments and, once up and running, participate in new investments.
- Assist in building real estate expertise with training provided by the founder.
- Adapt to an investor focused on real estate, while broadening experience beyond real estate over time.
- Work in a small, intimate team environment with direct access to the founder.
