Legal Consultant – Commercial, TMT, Data Privacy and Procurement Lawyer (4+ PQE)

We are currently seeking self‑driven commercial, TMT, data privacy and procurement lawyers (4+ PQE) to work with our clients who have experience in any of the following areas :

• Commercial transactions
• Technology / IT agreements (e.g., SaaS agreements, software licences, development agreements, client / vendor cloud computing arrangements)
• Outsourcing and procurement agreements
• E‑commerce
• Contract management
• Advising on data protection, privacy and cyber‑security matters, including GDPR, CCPA or Australian privacy law
• Advising on international data transfers
• Assisting with privacy, cyber‑security and data protection compliance in M&A transactions
• Managing third‑party data processor and supplier arrangements
• Preparing for and responding to cyber‑security incidents

Candidates can be based in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth or may work remotely.
