Working as part of a friendly and close-knit team, your focus will be : Providing support and care according to the Care Plan and residents' preferences and strengthsApplying person-centred care approaches to all interactions with residentsConsidering the residents' individual needs, stage of life, development, and strengths when engaging in support activitiesAbout youYou are an enthusiastic, motivated, self-starter who is eager to develop a career in aged care. To be considered for these roles, you will need : Certificate III in Aged Care, Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing Specialisation), or equivalent and / or Certificate IV in Aged Care, Certificate IV in Ageing SupportPrevious experience working in an aged care facilityAbility to build effective relationships and work within a teamNDIS Worker Screening CheckWhy VMCH?Because the people we employ make it a great place to work!
