Base pay range

A$70,000.00 / yr - A$75,000.00 / yr

As a Research Associate within FourQuarters Recruitment, you will be responsible for managing the entire candidate experience—from sourcing and attracting talented candidates to building relationships and supporting them through the recruitment process. Working closely with recruitment consultants, you will ensure a seamless and personalized candidate journey that aligns with our clients’ needs, enhancing both candidate and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using varied channels including job boards, social media, and databases (such as LinkedIn).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process with professionalism and care.
• Screen candidates through interviews and assessments to evaluate their suitability for available roles.
• Market mapping various job functions across Financial Services.
• Manage administrative processes such as maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.
• Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants to align candidate submissions with client requirements.
• Facilitate reference and background checks, ensuring compliance and quality.
• Support candidate onboarding and follow-up to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
• Contribute to improving the candidate experience and internal recruitment processes through feedback and market insights.
