Base pay range
A$70,000.00 / yr - A$75,000.00 / yr
As a Research Associate within FourQuarters Recruitment, you will be responsible for managing the entire candidate experience—from sourcing and attracting talented candidates to building relationships and supporting them through the recruitment process. Working closely with recruitment consultants, you will ensure a seamless and personalized candidate journey that aligns with our clients’ needs, enhancing both candidate and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates using varied channels including job boards, social media, and databases (such as LinkedIn).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process with professionalism and care.
- Screen candidates through interviews and assessments to evaluate their suitability for available roles.
- Market mapping various job functions across Financial Services.
- Manage administrative processes such as maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants to align candidate submissions with client requirements.
- Facilitate reference and background checks, ensuring compliance and quality.
- Support candidate onboarding and follow-up to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
- Contribute to improving the candidate experience and internal recruitment processes through feedback and market insights.
Required Skills & Experience
Previous or experience, or a genuine interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, preferably within a boutique or specialized recruitment environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with candidates.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple candidates and processes simultaneously.Ability to perform effective candidate screening and interviewing.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering a positive and supportive experience to candidates.Adaptability and proactive mindset in a fast-paced boutique recruitment setting.Why Join Us?
