Small Business Banker – Commercial Broker (Expressions of Interest)

We are accepting EOI’s to join NAB’s growing Business Banking team. As a Commercial Broker - Business Banker, you will

• Exercise your approval authority to take charge of every step in the lending journey, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for brokers and customers with lending facilities
• Drive revenue growth by uncovering and delivering on customers “bank of choice” priorities, while addressing their broader financial and non-lending needs
• Autonomously drive new business growth as an acquisition banker by cultivating strong relationships with commercial brokers.
• Collaborate closely with the BDM team to inspire innovation, boost performance, and achieve ongoing success together
• Showcase tailored products and services designed exclusively for small business customers brought in by premium brokers, driving value and fostering strong partnerships

What you’ll bring

• Proven expertise in driving sales and delivering exceptional results in business lending
• Established track record of building successful partnerships and collaborating effectively with brokers
• Skilled at engaging with customers, uncovering their unique needs to craft tailored solutions to meet them effectively and think critically to make decisions.
• Evidenced success in consistently achieving sales targets, even in challenging and dynamic economic environment
