Portfolio Manager

Role Overview

This role involves managing a mixed portfolio across South East Melbourne and Regional VIC, including Pakenham and surrounding areas. You will manage both Rooming Houses and Standard Residential Properties. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Property Manager who enjoys autonomy, client interaction, and on‑ground property operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day property operations
• Manage tenant relations and conduct routine inspections
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
• Handle lease agreements and ensure regulatory compliance
• Prepare reports and manage property budgets
• Ensure owner and tenant satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in Property Management
• Strong understanding of property maintenance & repair coordination
• Knowledge of lease agreements and compliance regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities
• Proficiency in property management software (preferred)
• Cert IV in Property Services or related certification (advantage)
