Job descriptionOversee daily production processes to meet OEE targets and participation in toolbox meetings Coordinate training to support team development, acting on feedback to drive engagement Maintain a positive leadership style to nurture the existing continuous improvement culture Strictly following and driving all required safety and quality procedures Formal qualifications in a Production or Manufacturing stream advantageous Proven leadership experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment is essential Proven knowledge of GMP, lean manufacturing principles and a strong mechanical aptitude Being a team player with a positive, self‑motivated and proactive attitude is essential Strong communication skills both written and verbal with a high attention to detail

Night Shift Hours : 6 : 00 pm - 6 : 00 am
7 shifts / fortnight - no Sunday work
$100k - $110k (negotiable) + shift loading + bonus scheme + super
Additional Information

Position is subject to a medical assessment, including a drug & alcohol screening.
