Speciality Registrar in Orthopaedics

Applications are invited for doctors with suitable qualifications and experience to work as a full-time Specialty Registrar, within the Trauma and Orthopaedic department, at Denmark Hill.
We are looking for interest in the vacancy with start dates of November 2025 and August 2026
Main duties of the job
The post holders will be expected to supervise the work of the JCF's and undertake regular ward rounds during the week along with the rest of the team. The general duties of the post include clinics (elective and fracture) and theatre lists (elective and trauma) plus on calls. There is a big emphasis on audit, research and teaching with numerous educational opportunities present in the department regularly. Participation in all these activities is encouraged and supported.
Post holders who show appropriate progression may be able to extend their contract and rotate through the department firms.
