Warehouse and logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Warehouse operation management, including inbound, inventory and outbound management.
• Inbound management : manage inbound process from internal systems and warehouse operations per HQ or local purchase orders.
• Inventory management : timely inventory control to keep physical goods and systems data in sync; perform quarterly inventory counts as required.
• Outbound management : arrange outbound processes per orders from the commercial team, from internal systems and warehouse operations perspectives.
• Documentation : inbound receipts, signed delivery orders and other documents collection.
• Customs clearance : timely follow customs clearance processes and coordinate for issues that occur during clearance.
• Local delivery : arrange local delivery, track the process and coordinate for issues during local delivery; collect signed POD where applicable.
• 3rd party partner management : set up KPIs for 3rd party partners and monitor performance; address underperformance through meetings to prevent recurrence.
• Warehouse and logistics payments : perform business authenticity checks and confirmations.
