Job description

ALG has a great opportunity for a Warehouse Officer / Stores-Person to join a well-established organisation based in Brisbane Airport. The position will give the successful candidates positive exposure to the aviation industry, as well as a wide range of future career prospects.

This is a casual role offering full time hours with the potential for a permanent position should you excel in the role.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain company premises and equipment to the highest standards.
  • Perform general warehouse housekeeping duties.
  • Assist with stock takes and update equipment registers.
  • Manage assets, tools, and inventory tracking.
  • Operate forklifts skilfully.
  • Engage in manual handling tasks efficiently.
  • Handle pick packing operations with precision.
  • Scan inventory in and out accurately.

Desired Candidate Attributes :

  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Valid Forklift License and minimum 3 years' experience
  • Manual Driver's License (Compulsory)
  • Previous experience in stores and pick packing is desirable but not essential.
  • Willingness to comply with medical requirements, including drug / alcohol and physical tests.
  • Strong attention to detail, exceptional multitasking abilities, and excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated adherence to all work rules and regulations.
