Job descriptionThe Company The Role Your responsibilities will include : _ Building strong relationships with customers and maintaining regular contact to optimise opportunities to submit quotes. Contacting suppliers to obtain quotes for products. Ensuring all quotes and tenders are completed and submitted within required timeframes. Following up with customers on the results of quote and tender submissions Coordinating the delivery of successful quotes, including undertaking the procurement of products, and ensuring delivery to the customer within required timeframes Assistance with additional tasks and Management requests as required. Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, with the occasional Saturday. Essential Criteria You will have : _ Must be an Australian / New Zealand resident or citizen. Sponsorship is not offered for this role. (No temporary visas, unfortunately) Minimum 1 years' experience within the electrical industry or similar, ideally within Project Administration / Estimation / Coordination Exceptional attention to detail and data entry skills The ability to perform cost calculations and prepare accurate estimates. Great rapport and relationship building abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation skills and a professional manner Adequate knowledge of the Company's products and the electrical wholesale industry or willingness to learn. Strong time management The capability to work both autonomously and within a team. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
