About Calvary Health Care Bethlehem (CHCB)

CHCB is a publicly funded sub‑acute specialist health service providing a 32 bed inpatient unit, centre‑based clinic and community palliative care. It is part of the Calvary Kooyong Integrated Precinct in Caulfield South, Melbourne.

About the Role

The Health Information Support Officer is the senior member of the Health Information Services Department, working onsite in the HIS Office. The role involves clinical data management, integrity, reporting, staff training and support, and occasional coverage of other team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage clinical data, ensuring integrity and timely reporting to executive, department heads, Health Department and other regulatory bodies.
• Train new and existing staff on accurate clinical data entry and use of hybrid digital medical record systems.
• Support team members during leave and other ad‑hoc duties.
