The Opportunity
Join our dynamic team as a Service Management Consultant specializing in IFS Service Management, including IFS Cloud Field Service Management (FSM). You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering transformative solutions to our clients, helping them achieve service excellence, reduce costs, and enhance workforce efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse client business requirements to design and implement effective IFS Service Management solutions.
- Configure, integrate, and customise IFS Cloud FSM to meet client needs.
- Provide expert advisory services on service management lifecycles, focusing on planning, scheduling, work order management, and communication.
- Facilitate seamless IFS implementations and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
- Deliver training and ongoing support to clients, creating comprehensive documentation and guides.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest IFS Service Management features and industry best practices.
About You
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring :
Experience : Minimum 3+ years in service management consulting, with at least 2 years specialising in IFS Service Management (IFS Cloud FSM preferred).Qualifications : Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.Technical Skills : Hands‑on experience with IFS Cloud FSM or IFS Assyst configuration, integration, and customisation. Knowledge of ERP systems or digital transformation tools is a plus.Soft Skills : Exceptional communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.Certifications : IFS certification (highly desirable) or willingness to obtain.Industry Knowledge : Understanding of service management challenges in industries such as mining, manufacturing, or construction is advantageous.Eligibility : Must have full working rights in Australia.Why Join InfoConsulting Australia?
