As a Product Owner within our CIS-HU business unit, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our energy billing platform. Based in Melbourne, you’ll be the voice of the customer, the steward of the product backlog, and a key driver of strategic delivery.

This is more than a Product role—it’s a leadership position at the intersection of customer needs, business strategy, and technical execution. Your work will directly influence how energy providers operate, innovate, and grow. Where our customers find value, you’ll be the catalyst.

What You’ll Do

• Champion the Customer : Act as the authoritative voice of the client, ensuring their needs guide product development.
• Own the Backlog : Prioritize and manage the product backlog to align with strategic goals and customer outcomes.
• Drive Product Strategy : Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to shape and execute the product roadmap.
• Facilitate Agile Delivery : Lead sprint planning and reviews, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with roadmap objectives.
• Gather and Define Requirements : Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and documentation.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with engineering, delivery teams, and external stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
