About The Opportunity

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2, you will play a key leadership role in our Diabetes Service, delivering expert clinical care, supporting your colleagues, and driving improvements in practice and patient outcomes. Working Monday to Friday, 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm, you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, providing specialised nursing services and education to patients with diabetes and their families - empowering them to live healthier, more independent lives.

What You Will Be Doing

• Delivering expert, person-centred care to patients with complex diabetes needs
• Leading and mentoring nursing staff and colleagues in best practices
• Supporting and coordinating care across hospital and community services

Driving continuous improvement in diabetes care delivery, policies, and clinical protocols
