About the Role
Are you a strategic SEO leader ready to shape the future of organic search in a rapidly evolving digital landscape? Coles Liquor is seeking a dynamic SEO Manager to lead our search strategy and drive performance across Liquorland’s digital ecosystem.
As our SEO Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing a cutting‑edge SEO strategy that responds to the evolving impact of AI on organic search. You’ll lead technical SEO initiatives, identify content and link‑building opportunities, and manage longtail SEO tactics to grow traffic and sales.
You’ll collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams and external agencies, influence technology roadmaps, and ensure our SEO efforts are aligned with broader business goals.

About you and your skills
Our ideal candidate is a strategic and self‑driven SEO expert with strong stakeholder management skills to keep SEO front‑of‑mind across senior stakeholders. With AI reshaping customer behaviour, you'll lead efforts to adapt and innovate, creating and executing impactful strategies. You are comfortable managing external agencies and collaborating cross‑functionally across product, supermarkets, and digital teams, independently driving performance and implementing the SEO roadmap.
