Job Description

Purpose of the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Automation Test Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and evaluating automated test scripts to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You’ll lead initiatives to improve our QA automation framework, including evaluating existing tools like Postman and recommending scalable solutions such as Selenium or Cypress.

This role involves not only hands-on testing but also guiding and enabling internal teams through the implementation of a robust, long-term QA strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Rapidly review and assess existing QA landscape, tools, and processes to identify areas for improvement including automation.
• Select and implement suitable automation tools if needed (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
• Lead the design and implementation of a reusable testing framework with CI / CD pipeline integration and automation if required.
• Set up new testing environments and reusable components to support scalable test automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve testing frameworks and automation coverage.
• Support a shift-left testing approach, embedding quality practices early in the development lifecycle.
