Aged Care Support Worker

Job descriptionAssisting with activities of daily living within the client's home. Providing mobility assistance to ensure safety and comfort. Preparing and serving nutritious meals. Monitoring and accurately recording changes in clients’ health. Assisting with light housekeeping to maintain a comfortable environment. Offering companionship and social engagement to foster well‑being. Fostering a safe and comfortable environment for all clients. Relevant qualifications such as a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent. Proven experience in providing personal care, domestic assistance, respite, and transport for aged care clients within their own homes. Current COVID‑19 vaccination certificate (minimum 2 doses). Current Influenza vaccination (required annually). Current National Police Check. Current First Aid / CPR Certificate. Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport. Must be available to work flexible hours. Willingness to travel up to 30 minutes from your home. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
