The role
Reporting to the Strategic Account Director, this newly created position will focus on the ongoing management, profitability, and incremental growth of one of the organisations new distribution partners.
More specifically, you will be involved in the following.
Conducting regular strategic account reviews and providing the in-depth data, reporting and recommendations; and
Continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement and leading stakeholders through any change management processes.
Skills / Experience required
Demonstrated ability to implement and manage SLAs with external and internal customers; and
Proven ability to influence and coordinate a group of diverse stakeholders to achieve results and drive change.
