Leadership Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Critical Care (Cardiothoracic ICU)

Permanent Full-Time (Part-Time Hours Available)

About the Role

As a senior Registered Nurse in our Cardiothoracic ICU, you will :

Provide advanced, patient-focused care to critically ill and post-operative patients
Coordinate and delegate shift activities, ensuring safe, timely patient flow
Oversee the Quality & Risk portfolio and lead continuous improvement initiatives
Mentor junior staff and support the Nurse Unit Manager in operational decision‑making

About You

AHPRA‑registered Registered Nurse with recent ICU experience (Cardiothoracic background desirable)

Proven leadership skills : able to work autonomously, prioritise under pressure and direct a multidisciplinary team

Exceptional communication, interpersonal and customer‑care skills
