Student Life Team Leader
The Student Life Team Leader supports the Manager in leading and motivating the Student Life team to deliver a comprehensive student life and support program, overseeing daily operations and workflows. The role involves identifying, developing, and implementing initiatives that foster student participation in campus life, aligned with the Learner Engagement and Partnership Strategic Plan. It also contributes to the development and review of policies and strategies that ensure a safe and supportive learning environment. A key focus of the role is to lead the growth of student voice and partnership initiatives that enhance the student experience and promote a positive, fair, and respectful culture.
