This is a scale‑up success story, and you'll be in the driving seat to play a key role in a fast-growing fintech delivering next‑gen loyalty and payments platforms that are transforming how businesses engage and transact.

Following a successful rollout with a major national brand, they’re now expanding into other sectors and they’re looking for an ambitious sales professional to join their high-performing team.

This is a pure business development role where you’ll be supported with qualified leads, proven product‑market fit, and a dynamic leadership team driving national growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive / target new business opportunities across VIC, TAS and SA.
  • Present and demonstrate a leading-edge loyalty payments platform.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across SME and enterprise clients.
  • Develop strategic account and territory plans to achieve sales and growth targets.
  • Partnership networking and attend events.
  • Pipeline and CRM management.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding and long-term client success.
  • Experience You Bring To Make An Impact

  • B2B sales experience both phone and face-to-face.
  • A true hunter mindset, with the confidence to close deals and drive growth.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • A genuine passion for adding value to your clients by gaining a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Experience with Salesforce is essential.
  • A background in pharmaceutical, hospitality, automotive, financial services or SME sales is highly desirable.
