The Services Manager - Disability will be responsible for overseeing 15 participants and three team leaders in the disability sector. This individual will serve as the point of escalation for any issues that arise and will need to have a good understanding of health and safety and HR.

Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and provide support to the participants and team leaders
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the disability services program
- Serve as the point of escalation for any issues that arise
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are being followed
- Manage HR-related issues, such as staffing, performance management, and employee relations
- Travel to sites based in North Sydney as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the program
Qualifications and Skills
At least 5 years of experience in disability servicesProven experience in management and supervisionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong understanding of health and safety regulations and HR practicesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailFamiliarity with the NDIS space and the compliance surrounding itWorking Hours :
This is a full-time position, with 5 days per week. There is also hybrid working available, with 1-2 days per week working from home.
