Job Description

Purpose of the Role

This hybrid role blends technicalleadership with Agile facilitation. You'll provide mentorship, uphold codequality, and drive delivery across a distributed development team. As ahands-on leader, you’ll guide and contribute to the development of scalable,high-quality software using .NET Core, React, and Azure, while fostering Agilebest practices and cross-functional collaboration

Key Responsibilities

• Leada high-performing Agile team consisting of developers (includingsenior engineers) and QA analysts across regions
• FacilitateScrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning,retrospectives, and reviews to drive continuous improvement
• Providetechnical leadership on architecture, coding standards, anddevelopment best practices across the full stack
• Conductcode reviews to ensure security, performance, and maintainability
• Actas a key liaison between developers, QA, product stakeholders, andleadership—ensuring alignment, transparency, and effective delivery
