The role leads High Voltage (HV) Primary Electrical Engineering initiatives across Transmission and Distribution within the APAC region, leading engineering teams and engaging with Jacobs' Global Community of Practice to drive innovation and career development.

Responsibilities

• Lead primary design and design review for distribution and transmission substations (22kV to 500kV).
• Develop critical engineering deliverables including substation layout design, single line diagrams and sections.
• Lead projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Mentor and develop engineering talent in Substation Engineering.
• Collaborate across disciplines (Civil, Structural and Secondary Systems) to ensure project success.
• Engage with clients as a trusted technical advisor.
