Overview
We are looking for a qualified, experienced, skilled and motivated Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team at the David Scott School in Frankston on an ongoing, full-time basis.
The Role :
Within the School’s Wellbeing and Engagement Team, the Wellbeing Practitioner’s primary purpose is to support students to identify and manage psychosocial issues, including trauma, which may negatively impact their learning readiness, while also building upon their strengths to achieve learning goals.

The School delivers an integrated education program to meet the literacy, numeracy, work-related and personal development needs of young people (aged 15-19) in the Frankston and Mornington Peninsula region who are unable to participate in mainstream schooling. At the David Scott School, our core business is education. Our vision is to ensure that all our young people receive a high-quality education that empowers them to reach their potential and equips them for a good life.
The David Scott School was established by the Brotherhood of St Laurence in 2017. The School contributes to the Brotherhood’s vision of creating change that lasts for a more compassionate and just society - a society in which we can all fully participate in social, civic and economic life with the dignity and respect we all deserve.
