Job Description
We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an excellent candidate to become a Business Support Manager. In this role, you will oversee revenue support functions, ensuring the optimisation of client retention and revenue growth efforts. Your responsibilities will include driving operational efficiency and fostering a customer‑centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Support go‑to‑market strategies for the existing client program (ECP) and future client program (FCP)
- Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with internal stakeholders to foster collaboration and enhance business outcomes
- Drive the annual contracted AWE / CPI fee increases and identify efficiency gains to incorporate into the revenue management process
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies and tools aimed at improving business operations, ensuring they align with overall strategic objectives
- Play an active role in supporting the strategic bids process for contract renewals and new business RFPs, ensuring timely and high‑quality submissions
- Provide valued account and sales analytics aligned to agreed global and regional priorities
