We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Production Manager to guide our Powders production team at our Dandenong South site. This is a critical role that offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a thriving manufacturing environment, where your leadership will empower teams to deliver outstanding results. You’ll influence business direction, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and be part of a positive, diverse workplace.

The Dandenong South site manufactures a variety of high‑performance Dulux powder coating solutions for a wide range of industries and are committed to sustainability, technical excellence, and customer satisfaction, which our production teams take great pride in!

What You’ll Do :

• Lead and Develop Teams : Coordinate daily and weekly meetings, drive performance, and foster a culture of collaboration and growth
• Champion Safety & Quality : Set the standard for safe work practices, ensure compliance, and drive quality outcomes for our customers
• Drive Continuous Improvement : Lead root cause problem‑solving, implement process enhancements, and contribute to site‑wide initiatives
• Manage Operations : Oversee site management activities, support maintenance objectives, and manage contractors and risk assessments
• Grow Talent : Coach, train, and develop a team of ~25 staff, maintaining skills matrices and development plans
