The Role
We're looking for travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service for our depot in Botany - Sydney. Reporting directly to the Branch's Operations Supervisor, as a Casual Employee in a Support & Cleaning role, your mission will be to ensure an outstanding level of customer service and contribute to maintaining our fleet of campervans in top condition.
What you will work on
- Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests;
- Verify and prepare and equip vans before each booking;
- Perform inspections and keep complete, accurate records of the vehicle's condition;
- Move and park vans or pick up clients from the airport;
- Clean and maintain all equipment, extras and consumables stored at the depot;
- Deliver and collect cars for repairs and maintenance, or deliver vehicles to specific locations.
