Job descriptionOversee integration of the DAM with core systems including CMS, CRM, Workato (iPaaS), Microsoft 365, and collections management tools. Design and maintain APIs, workflows, and automations to streamline asset ingestion, approval, and publishing. Establish monitoring, error-handling, and logging frameworks for integrations. Develop governance models for asset lifecycle management (ingest, usage, archival, disposal). Ensure compliance with copyright, licensing, and digital rights management requirements. Define role-based access controls and security policies. Act as technical authority and escalation point for DAM-related issues. Mentor team members and external vendors, ensuring best practice in DAM design and operations. Partner with curatorial, marketing, digital, and IT teams to align DAM features with business needs. Facilitate workshops, training, and change management initiatives to support adoption. Manage agile delivery processes (backlog, sprint planning, testing, release management). Ensure DAM platform delivery aligns with project timelines, budgets, and strategic objectives. Provide executive-level reporting on delivery status, risks, and KPIs (asset usage, adoption, uptime).

My client is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to guide their digital asset and data integration strategy. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) , and the Microsoft 365 (M365) ecosystem.
This role is crucial for their digital transformation efforts, focusing on creating seamless, scalable, and efficient workflows for managing digital content and data.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Design & Delivery : Lead the end-to-end implementation of the DAM platform, including architecture, configuration, integrations, and rollout.
- Define technical standards for metadata schemas, taxonomies, file naming conventions, and rights management.
- Manage environment setup (development, testing, production) and coordinate platform upgrades and patches.
