Overview
Two Senior Product Manager roles are available to join Ferocia (the team behind Up) and work on initiatives for Up and Bendigo Bank. You will contribute to building leading-edge technology and ways of working, across Up (Australia\'s highest-rated banking app) or Bendigo Bank\'s web and mobile banking platforms.
Responsibilities
- Define requirements for solutions loved by users.
- Provide insight to steer product roadmap and propose ambitious features.
- Communicate effectively within the project team and at multiple management levels.
- Document ROI or impact for actions, features, or prioritisation decisions.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement prioritised features and enhancements.
- Identify and coordinate interdependencies across programs and products.
- Ensure product features comply with risk, compliance and legal obligations.
- Develop and maintain timelines and ensure delivery goals are understood and communicated.
- Gather inputs and feedback and suggest improvements to product development processes and operating model.
- Present to senior leadership teams.
What we\'re looking for
In-house experience designing and delivering end-to-end projects (idea to launch), with ~5-7 years working with engineering teams. Experience in startups, scaleups, or fast-moving environments preferred.Passion for pushing boundaries, a desire to learn, and the drive to do the best work possible.Project delivery experience with ability to track progress, report on effectiveness, and inspire teams while communicating wins and challenges to leaders.Strategic product thinking with a strong grasp of customer and business needs.Independence with the ability to navigate ambiguity and take initiative while knowing when to ask for help.Ability to attend the Melbourne CBD office at least six times a year for company days (currently hiring in Melbourne area).Working at Ferocia
