Commercial Lawyer - Associate & Senior Associate

About the Role

An exciting opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate to join the firm\'s Commercial team, working with the Managing Partner on complex and high-value transactions across commercial and property law.

Responsibilities

• Advising on property and commercial matters, including property transactions, leases, contracts for the sale of land and businesses, and commercial agreements.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, leases, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail.
• Providing strategic legal advice on complex legal and commercial issues.
• Managing large-scale commercial and residential property projects.
• Advising on corporate structuring and commercial agreements.
• Assisting with business sales, acquisitions, and franchising.
• Handling commercial, retail, and industrial leasing matters.
• Conducting legal research to stay abreast of developments in commercial law and applying knowledge to client matters.
