About the Role We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a collaborative team of software professionals and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within the resources and mining sector. Your role will be pivotal in driving the delivery of a bespoke system while ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.

Key responsibilities include : Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document technical and business requirements.Analysing and refining current business processes to identify and recommend improvements.Bridging communication between software teams and business units to ensure smooth project delivery.Facilitating workshops to gather insights and build consensus among stakeholders.Supporting project delivery through Agile methodologies and maintaining clear documentation.About You To excel in this role, you'll bring :

Proven industry experience in the resources or mining sector, ideally with exposure to system development projects.5+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in an enterprise environment.Strong communication skills to effectively engage and align stakeholders at all levels.A collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.Availability to commence as soon as possible.Why Join?
