An industry leader in the Automotive space is seeking a driven Territory Manager – QLD to join their team. This is a field-based role, requiring full-time travel across the Queensland region (mainly South of Brisbane’s CBD), to engage with customers, drive sales growth, and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives. This role will also require interstate travel at times.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular face-to-face visits
- Achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets in line with company objectives
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans, including sales campaigns
- Monitor competitor activity and recommend strategic countermeasures
- Manage CRM tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting
- Deliver training programs and attend trade-related activities as required
About You
Previous experience in sales with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines is advantageousStrong communication and organisational skillsIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools would be well regardedA proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently on the roadEnergetic, yet humble person, with the ability to take initiative and problem solveMust be comfortable with full-time travel across the assigned territory, including approximately 1 week per month in regional QLD including some flights.
