Job descriptionAbout the Role Operations Manager with experience in Manufacturing and Distribution to lead our Chipping Norton Site This key role will be responsible for leading the team across all aspects of safety, quality, sustainability, production, and maintenance. This role is accountable for providing and delivering the strategic direction and growth of the sites manufacturing area. Iplex is well-positioned to exceed our customers' expectations. Reporting directly to the Head of Manufacturing you will have exceptional costing, forecasting, budgeting and communication skills. Skills and Experience Management experience in large manufacturing environment You will have experience in leading a team of 40 plus Understand how to lead your leaders in the business Managing the site production budgets Strong understanding of EHS and JSEA's Confident in setting and delivering targets, KPI's and growth Hold qualifications & hands-on management skills Worked with EA's in the past You will be an influencer, someone who can empathise and deliver results Be able to lead a team in a fast-paced business.
