Your day-to-day will involve :
Management of our Australian Equities Trading Operations Team, including Stake's new product offering with Capital Raises. These teams are involved in Daily Settlements & Trade Reconciliations, Portfolio Transfers (have you checked out our In-App Portfolio Transfer process?)Establishing our Crypto Trading Operations Team - ensuring Digital Asset Trading over 160 coins runs without a hiccup. This will be a Global Team that has 24 / 7 coverage.Managing relationships with our Trading Service Providers, ensuring we are receiving best in class service and execution for our customers.Delivering Product & Experience enhancements with our Product, Engineering and Marketing Teams cross-functionally - such as more order types or new features or offerings like Margin Trading.Working with the team to build processes around Trade Monitoring in line with the ASX Rules.A bit about you5+ years experience in Trading Operations either in Australian Equities.Experience and understanding of ASX Operating Rules, specifically Trading RulesStrong project management skills and ability to execute collaborativelyAbility to influence decisions through effective verbal and written comms, logical reasoning, and the presentation of alternativesExcellent analytical skills, a passion for metrics, and the business judgement to balance the details while not losing sight of the big picture.Some proficiency in SQL or similarBenefits of working at StakeAt Stake you'll have the opportunity to work with autonomy while learning from some of the best talent in the industry, playing a meaningful role in building a company that has loads of positive momentum and excitement around it.
