Powerhouse Recruitment have been exclusively appointed to secure a Operations Manager for a car hire company that provides accident management and replacement vehicle services to clients across Australia.
This exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join as a senior member of the management team.
This exciting role involvesThis is an end-to-end role that will see you draw on a broad technical and commercial skill set. As Operations Manager you will take on implementing the right processes and practices across the organisation, you and your team will always be looking for ways to engage employees and make the workplace more effective and efficient.
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for influencing customer satisfaction, increasing revenue and overseeing operational effectiveness and quality. You will supervise State, Regional and Accident Management Managers to ensure operational success and increased profitability. You will be working alongside various key functions and areas of responsibility within the business including : Fleet Distribution and Maintenance, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Legal, HR and Administration.
Reporting directly into the General Manager, this role will involve regular interaction with the other senior managers of the team.
