About the Role
As the Maternal and Child Health Nurse Coordinator, you will lead the delivery of high‑quality, client‑centred care across our Maternal and Child Health Service. This pivotal role involves coordinating daily operations, providing professional supervision to nursing and administrative staff, and ensuring services align with the Maternal and Child Health Practice Guidelines (2009, reissued 2019), Enhanced Maternal and Child Health Program Guidelines (v2.0, 2025), and the Maternal and Child Health Service Guidelines (2019).
You will champion a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement—supporting early intervention and prevention strategies to promote the health and wellbeing of infants, children, and families. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll help shape a responsive and integrated service that supports our vision of helping everyone live well.
