Part time Hours : Mon to Fri 5pm to 9pm (20 hrs pw)
Hybrid role : Commute to Mount Waverley office initial month, then consider some WFH
3 yrs IT experience minimum in a Support role
An ideal situation is available to suit a motivated and customer-focused person who enjoys supporting end-users by phone. If this compliments your regular employment (another part-time or full-time position) please be certain that you can be on-site by 5pm. We need this additional team member to start WED 5 NOVEMBER, when on-the-job training / induction will be provided. Paid by the hour, this casual but ON-GOING / OPEN-ENDED requirement is to meet the additional needs of a key client (outsourced). All levels of users will be calling you for help, senior management down, regarding faults on their digital devices.
HOURS & PAY
Hours 5pm to 6 : 30pm : Pay rate is $32.30 plus Super ($36.18). If you prefer to work under your own ABN then $36.18 will apply.
Hours 6 : 30pm to 9pm : Pay rate is $39.25 plus Super ($43.96). If you prefer to work under your own ABN then $43.96 will apply.
TYPE OF ORGANISATION
You will be joining a dedicated team of professionals in the Outsourced IT Services space that provides support across Oceania. Your main priority will be one single client, but as the need arises, you may also be called upon to service the needs of multiple clients. Their stable includes over 700 organisations!
Flexibility is required of you, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities (SLAs) across your shift. Fast and accurate input to the system is vital, communication skills being key to success in all aspects of this function.
