We are seeking a Vehicle Builds Specialist to oversee specialist and custom vehicle builds for commercial assets. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our vehicle builds are safe, compliant, and cost-effective, while enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with suppliers, internal teams, and partners, offering expert advice on vehicle build safety and commerciality.
• Lead the delivery of safe, compliant, and cost-effective builds that meet customer expectations.
• Ensure all builds meet regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
• Create maintenance (including components) budgets and tyre budgets.
• Select appropriate base vehicles and equipment options (e.g., chassis, bodies, accessories).
• Ensure all vehicle modifications comply with ADRs (Australian Design Rules), NHVR standards, and state-specific regulations.
